Description: Payment Processing via a Registration Form

Status:  Resolved 

Who is affected? All users attempting to pay via a registration form.

Details: For a small period of time, users could not proceed to payment via registration forms.

Resolution: We have identified the issue that caused the proceed to payment button to fail and have applied a fix.


Description: Settlement Overpayment

Date Identified: 25 Nov 2019

Status:  Resolved 

Who is affected? All Organisations that have received a settlement within the past 2 weeks

Details: The past 2 settlements have had surplus amounts distributed to each Organisation. As a result, the settlements distributed this week has been slightly delayed by 24 hours.

Resolution: We have identified the issue that caused these surplus amounts to be distributed and have applied a fix. Those organisations affected will notice that their settlement amount for the current settlement period will be reduced by the surplus amount that has been overpaid in the previous 2 settlement periods. This will be represented as a "Refund" in the payment type in the settlement report. Some organisations affected by this will not receive a settlement until the settlement owing to that organisation exceeds the surplus amount that has been overpaid in the previous 2 settlement periods. Depending on the size of the surplus amount and the volume of transactions your organisation has processed since the issue was identified, this may take one or multiple more settlement periods before your organisation receives its next settlement.


Description: Add Registration feature

Who is affected? All admin users wishing to manually add a registration product to a Members record

Details: This functionality has temporarily been disabled due to issues related to settlement overpayments

Resolution: We have identified the settlement overpayment issue was related to the add registration feature and are working through a fix of this feature which is currently in progress
