ECAL | Selecting which events are included in your sync

GameDay Events users can choose which events display in their ECAL event calendar sync when creating and publishing an event, or when editing an existing event.

To choose to include an event in your ECAL sync:

1. In the left-hand menu, click Events > MANAGE EVENTS


























2. Find the relevant event, then click EDIT

3. Navigate to the PUBLISH tab

4. Scroll down to the Calendar section, and ensure the DISPLAY EVENT ON CALENDAR checkbox

This will include the event when you use your ECAL integration to publish an event calendar. You can exclude an event from the ECAL event calendar sync by un-ticking the same checkbox

5. Click SAVE
