Events: How do I log into the Gameday app?

Once you have downloaded the Gameday App onto your mobile phone, you will need to log into the Gameday app in order to view your events and participant listing (if you are an admin) or view your upcoming events and event tickets (if you are an entrant).

If you are an event administrator or event participant all you need to do is log into the app, while those that are guest entrants, you will need to create an account.

Please make sure you have downloaded the Gameday app first.

EVENT ADMINISTRATORS

As you already have admin access to your organisation, where you created this event, you do not need to create an acccount via the Gameday app, as your admin access will automatically have an account created for the app.

All you need to do is log into the app using the details you currently use to log into your organisation.

1. Open the Gameday app

2. Click Login.

3. Input the admin log in details you use for https://admin.mygameday.app/.

4. Click Login.

5. When you log into the app for the very first time, you will see a screen regarding no scheduled teams, just click the skip button on the top right hand side. Future log ins to the app will not show this screen.

The Gameday app is mainly used by participants on our other system, where they can search and follow teams that their children are registered to, however this will not be relevant for events, so please skip this step.


EVENT PARTICIPANTS

When you create an account or log in with an existing account via the event registration form your email address will already have an account created for the Gameday app, so all you need to do is log in with the details you used to register to the event.

1. Open the Gameday app.

2. Click Login.

3. Input the log in details you used to register for the event.

4. Click Login.

5. When you first log into the app you will see a screen regarding no scheduled teams, just click the skip button on the top right hand side. Future log ins to the app will not show this screen.

GUEST ENTRANTS

If you registered as a guest for the event but you want to log into the gameday app to view details of the event or your event tickets, you will not have an account automatically created for you, so you will need to create an account within the Gameday app.

1. Open the Gameday app.

2. Click Create account.

3. Input the email address you registered to the event with and input your first name, last name and set a password, then click continue.

4. You will then be sent a account activation email. Please check your email (including spam/junk folder) and click on the link within that email to confirm the account.

5. Go back to the login screen for the app and input these details you just created.

6. When you first log into the app you will see a screen regarding no scheduled teams, just click the skip button on the top right hand side. Future log ins to the app will not show this screen.
