What is the Member Profile portal?
GameDay offers a dedicated Member Profile portal for each sport or hierarchy, which allows any individual that has registered - whether they hold a membership, event entry or piece of merchandise - to login to view and edit their details, check their membership history, pay outstanding orders, access receipts and tickets, and more

The GameDay membership portal link can be found here
In addition to the generic portal link above, each sport has the ability to generate their own sport-specific membership portal that they make place on their website, social media channels or send around by other means.

To login to the Member Profile Portal, you can use the same credentials you used to register for the sport. If you can't remember your password, you can reset it using the Forgot Password? link on the login page
Member Profile Portal Features
Inside the Member Profile Portal, you can toggle through a series of menu options along the left-hand side
- Profile Details: Allows you to view or edit basic details such as you name, date of birth, profile image, gender and contact details
- Orders: Allows you to see your order history, including paid, unpaid, cancelled and refunded orders. You can also pay off your unpaid orders online using a credit card or bank transfer, and access any payment receipts for paid orders
- Memberships: Allows you to check your membership status including both active and inactive memberships, and each membership's active and expiry dates
- Events: Allows you to check any event registrations you've done, and access any applicable event tickets
- Shop: Allows you to see the details of any merchandise you've purchased for the sport
- GameDay App: Provides more information about our GameDay App, which can be used for accessing event tickets and scanning attendance - Learn More
- Feedback: Allows you to provide feedback directly to GameDay through a short survey
