How do I edit my Stripe account details?

If you have completed your organisation's Stripe setup through Passport, you can go back and edit your Financial Settings at any stage using the mobile number you used to authenticate your Stripe account upon setup, following the steps below:

1. In the left-hand menu, click Finances > FINANCIAL SETTINGS

2. If you have a Complete application, you can use the MANAGE FINANCIAL CONFIGURATION button to edit your details

3. Click the SEND CODE button and use the mobile number you used to authenticate the account to verify that you are the financial authoriser of the organisation

For security, Stripe uses a mobile verification process to verify that the user responsible for accessing and modifying your organisation's Stripe account details is consistent with the original account creator. Should you need to update the verification mobile number on file for your organisation, please contact the GameDay customer support team via the Contact Us link at help.mygameday.app and provide both of the following:

  • The new email and mobile number to be used for verification
  • Your organisation's Stripe Connect Account ID (this can be found in your GameDay database on the Finances > Financial Settings > Financial Configuration page)

4. Use the EDIT buttons to update any relevant information from your application
