GameDay's Finances module provides the ability to access, view and manage the Orders that have been processed through your organisation's GameDay database, as well the Settlements that have been distributed to your nominated bank account through GameDay.
Through the Financial Settings available in this module, you can add your nominated bank account for collection of settlements, view your GameDay processing fees, and see your available payment gateways, payment methods and voucher integrations.
To access the Finances menu, click the FINANCES option in the left-hand menu
The Finances module includes the below features:
Orders
Allows you to access, view and manage the Orders that have been processed through your organisation's GameDay database, including communicating with order contacts, exporting orders, viewing order details, processing refunds or cancellations and more.
Settlements
Allows you to view, manage or export the Settlements that have been distributed to your nominated bank account.
Financial Settings
Allows you to add your nominated bank account, view your processing fees, and see your available payment gateways, payment methods and voucher integrations.
