Can I manually change an event ID?
No. Once an event ID has been created it cannot be manually changed. You will notice this is greyed out when viewing within an event.
If you wish to change the event ID you will need to change the current active rule, in which the event ID will then change.
1. Click on the drop down arrow against EVENTS > click MANAGE EVENTS.
2. Click EDIT against the relevant event.
3. The event ID can be seen just below the event logo under the EVENT DETAILS heading.
