If a registrant abandons a membership or event form created through GameDay without completing payment through the form's online payment gateway, the system will send out a series of automatic notifications to remind registrants to pay their abandoned order, including a direct link to complete the payment securely online.
Abandoned Cart Notifications are sent at the following intervals:
- 1 hour after the order was created
- 72 hours after the order was created
When a user receives a reminder email in this scenario, they will have various information about the order displayed on the email including order number, selected products, member name, amount payable, organisation details and more.
