How do I access my event tickets through my Member Profile?

Overview


As an event entrant who has registered for a ticketed event, you automatically receive a PDF ticket that you can use to scan attendance into the event. You can access this in multiple ways:

  • Open the ticket through the attachment on your confirmation email. This would have been sent to your GameDay account email immediately after completing your registration for the event
  • Access your ticket digitally through the GameDay App
  • Re-send the tickets to your email address through your Member Profile Portal

The guide below will walk you through the process of accessing your Member Profile Portal and sending a copy of your tickets to your GameDay account email.

Accessing the Member Profile portal

In addition to the generic portal link above, each sport has the ability to generate their own sport-specific membership portal that they make place on their website, social media channels or send around by other means.

To login to the Member Profile Portal, you can use the same credentials you used to register for the sport. If you can't remember your password, you can reset it using the Forgot Password? link on the login page


Step-by-Step


Step 1: Choose your member

When you login to the Member Profile Portal, you will need to select the member profile you want to access. This may be a single member, or you may have multiple member profiles appearing here if you have used your account email (the email you used to login) to register multiple members to the sport. Select the relevant member to continue on to their profile


Step 2: Head to the Events tab

In the left-hand menu, select the EVENTS option. 

Here, you can see a list of any current or previous events you have registered for in this sport/hierarchy, including:

  • The event name
  • The event organisation (club, association, centre etc.)
  • A unique Order ID
  • A unique Participant ID (if applicable)
  • The order status


Step 3: Resend the tickets

Find the paid order you want to access the tickets for and select the RESEND TICKETS option. This will send the original payment receipt for your purchase, including the attached tickets, to your account email address (the email address you used to login)
