How do I view a member's key membership dates?

Overview

As an administrator in GameDay, you can see a summary of all the key membership dates on specific member profiles, including:

• The First Registered date: The order date of the member's first membership with your organisation
• The Last Registered date: The order date of the member's most recent membership with your organisation
• The Registered Until date: The membership end date of the member's most recent membership with your organisation

Step-by-Step

Step 1: Navigate to your member profile list

In the left-hand menu, click Members > MANAGE MEMBERS

Step 2: View the relevant member

Find the relevant member, then click VIEW

Step 3: Open the Activity tab

Click the ACTIVITY tab along the top of the profile

Step 4: Open the Key Dates tab

Toggle over the the KEY DATES tab
