How do I unlink a member from my GameDay account?

Overview

GameDay account holders can unlink members from their account by updating the Account Email on the given members profile. This means that when the account holder logs into the Member Profile Portal or any GameDay registration form, that member will no longer be accessible.

Step-by-Step

Step 1: Choose the member

When you login to the Member Profile Portal, you will need to select the member profile you want to access. This may be a single member, or you may have multiple member profiles appearing here if you have used your account email (the email you used to login) to register multiple members to the sport. Select the relevant member to continue on to their profile


Step 2:Edit the Account Email

In the Profile Details tab, you will see the Account Email in the top-right corner. Click the EDIT icon to change the email


Step 3: Update the Account Email

Enter the new account email, then click NEXT
