You can create the following types of questions for a registration form.
Text Question:
Use this type of question when you want the user to enter text answers.
Number Question:
Use this type of question when you want the user to enter numerical answers.
Picklist Question:
Use this type of question when you want the user pick one answer from the list of options you provide.
Multi-Picklist Question:
Use this type of question when you want the user pick multiple answers from the list of options you provide.
NOTE: picklist and muti-picklist questions require answers to be entered after the question is saved.
Date Question:
Use this type of question when you want the user to enter answers as date.
Check-box Question:
Use this question when you want the user to check a box for the answer.
Terms and Conditions:
Use this question for terms and conditions.
