Open the Registration form.
Select the Questions and Layout tab.
Click Edit on the question you wish to make mandatory.
NOTE: You can only edit the questions you add. If the questions are passed on from a higher level, they can't be edited.
Select the Is Mandatory for User box. Then click Save.
